Metalduster - I believe there are 2 main reasons why AGS continue with those figures in their presentations;
1. It shows the world quite clearly just how much H/Q are ripping us off.
2. It is showing those that witness the presentation that if we win back 100%, just how much money that means to AGS - will drive the share price sky high and considering management and the board are major shareholders, this looks good for them (and us).
Perhaps there is a clause in the JV that indicates that both parties need to agree on the best and most profitable form of mining, and this is AGS' way of turning as many people as possible against them. Is that far fetched (which some on here will think it is)? It may be, but as Mayfair said yesterday, the JV document isn't a few notes written on paper, it's a bulk amount of pages formal document. There would be conditions for a number of things that we haven't even thought of, so I wouldn't be super quick in dismissing what I just wrote.
