Quote from the "Chairman's Address":
"....in February 2012 a 10-year mineral lease over the Four Mile Uranium Project area was granted..... Under the terms of the lease, mine production is required to commence within 2 years."
So, to me at least there SEEMS to be a kind of "end-game" deadline in sight: BY February 2014, the two partners (or should that read opponents/ennemies??) will have to either mine together or one or the other will have departed? Or is/are there any legal options (for either side) to delay the whole process even further out into the future?? Comments most welcome as usual.
To me, February 2014 does in fact not feel like a long wait!

P.S.: Personally, I do NOT believe that the legal system in the USA is any better or worse than anywhere else in the world, i.e. I do NOT trust the legal systems' "keepers/enforcers" anywhere.
