The 2yr startup has no bearing on the M&D C matter imo

H/Q/AGS are satisfying the terms of the lease as we post.imo

H/Q/AGS could keep mining while the M&D C Matter was before the courts even if it(M&D C Matter) has two-four-six (To use a figure) years duration imo

H/Q with the management rights, could, in time after startup, put the mine on care and maintenance. I dont know the ins and outs of Uranium mining though!imo

Get this mess before the courts asap is what we need.imo
