Just a brief update with figures I scratched on the surface . Total liquidity / liability in FKP = $780m banks + shareholders $440 m = 1.3 billion Assets realized and to be realized , housing development $1.7 bil , gasworks $ 1 bil ' retirement $1 billion apartments $540 mil, plus office , plus other bits and pieces . That's a lot of money waiting to flow out the pipework . Also the reavalution of retirement is good thing to remove from income as it will save $ 25 mil in tax . I'm starting to see a little common sense in this madness . With such a low SP it is impossible for the business to go forward . . First step is SP realization then after this , business expansion .
