The stuff released today doesn't really tell us anything that we don't know thus far...
As for the divvy - I knew that was the case. You would not go for a CR to cover your short term cash position and to shore up your books, and then say you will now use some of the capital for divvy. What they have done is very prudent and is exactly what I would have done (until there is more clarity around the retirement living strategy).
I was expecting at least some time lines to be disclosed to shareholders on some of the items discussed, but seem not - A bit dissapointing.
As Dec 12 is around the corner, I don't think there will be much more news coming out until at least late Jan 13. Probably time to "go on vacation" with respect to FKP.
