I think your fears regarding ability to raise capital are largely unfounded.
Resolution 3 gives the Co ability to raise $3m
Resolution 4 was defeated BUT the 10% placement facility was over and above the standard 15% capacity that is refreshed each year.
There was mention at the meeting that the Co had received offers for debt financing and they discussed the possibility of some Govt grant funding.
