Yes I liked the purchase too - it gets the into a high growth area - on the other hand everyone else is playing that space - but with the size of UXC - they should be able to easily grow this business.

But how come we are having this heavy and continued drop in SP ? Saying a flat 1/2 year doesn't help - Perpetual selling out - all in all it seems an unexpected drop - or is this where it should have been before the peak ???
