I think (to be balanced?)you probably should have added this also from the report:-
"In order to do this, we will need to make a significant investment in engaging the appropriate people with the skills and experience to deliver the necessary outcomes. There
will also be some systems and facility upgrades required.
Therefore, we expect that the bottom line will suffer temporarily whilst we embark on this new direction".
The point being that what they said the other day really shouldn't have come as such a surprise to the market and I would agree it does present an opportunity for the brave (and patient).
