Just a follow on.
It is likely that ZGL will spinoff either its construction or offshore oil business or both & keep its PE & start up ventures.
Perhaps even an outright sale of either or both divisions for the right price.
Don't dismiss the possibility of a cashed up & slimmed down Zicom.....Excess cash could be returned to shareholders....There will be plenty of it......ZGL will still have its cash cow...the PE.
