Any exit of the old business at this time is hard to extract valuation premium, not to mention related party transaction risk. A spin off may help each individual listed party but for Zicom's size I think listing costs are too much for two listings. You are looking to spend more than a quarter million just on changing corporate structure each year. It is long road ahead before any meaningful restructure can take place, 10-15 years, just my opinion.
