I wonder upon what basis you say that the three court cases apparently show that Cottee's appointment was based on wrong information given to shareholders. as far as i am aware there was only one case that went to court. if one wishes to remain uninformed and yet propagate insinuations then I suppose there is no hope. however I note that a certain poster mostly on that other forum has demonstrated a detail of knowledge that goes beyond casual acquaintance with the affairs. This poster has stated that the court case went for 9 days. evidence was taken under oath and a full judgment of events eventually delivered by the presiding judge. this rather lengthy judgment is a public document and may downloaded from the WA supreme court web site. if you bother to do so, as i have, you will see no hint in the judgments that incorrect information was fed to shareholders. in fact, quite the contrary. do please enlighten yourself with the facts.
