Ajostu...from what you are saying then I'd fall in favour of the expectation that the P2 in Retts outcome not being unblinded in case they need to convince those families to reapply themselves in a Phase 3 - it's going to be challenging to power the P3 with the statistical grunt the FDA seem to be courting/hinting at. It's a rare disease after all. I hope sanity prevails on that front. The FDA meeting and a summary can't come soon enough.
