I'll be a bit embarrassed delivering a sales pitch like that.
They need to step up with their amateur announcements. Presenting the Chairman's address with a sentence per paragraph and "......." without much detail and rhetorical questions just spells out unprofessional-ism. This is just like most their announcement with a one liner quote from their sales guy. If this is how they try to sell their products to large corporations, its not wonder its not working.
