Well Cap'n its like this; when you have a megalomaniac in a CEO position with a lie to protect (no less) and a board of directors with little or no experience at all in IP and/or Manufacturing you sort of have a recipe for disaster.

Australia is a very small country and it relies on references. When you've burnt all your local JV partners it is very difficult to regain any sort of traction in the investment community who, by the way, rely on their own reputation in order to garner fees and a sustainable future for themselves.
