Just got out of the AGM, which finished a little while ago. The Board spill resolution failed, though the Hanlong rep supported the spill. Wal King told the meeting that Hanlong had asked for a seat on the Board and been knocked back, which might explain that vote. Despite that, they voted in favour of all the resolutions relating to extending maturity dates of notes etc, all of which passed with few votes against.
Had a few words with both GC and Wal King and generally came away from the meeting feeling much more positive about things.
