If buyers ever emerge for this company it will not help the majority (about 98%) of shareholders who will end up with unmarketable parcels after the next restructure.
The Board is only concerned with having enough cash in the bank to pay directors fees (consultancy fees). Nice to see when they were last reviewed "by an independent party". This is nose in the trough stuff until the trough runs dry. Note the consultants (errrr Directors) have never considered taking stock over cash. No consultant, sorry Director, owns stock in this company and you can understand why.
