Just to clarify:
Circadian Technologies owns around 5% of the shares and this shareholding was previously attributed to Fibre Optics Pty (Australia) Ltd, which is a subsidiary of Circadian Technology Ltd. Circadian Technologies has not bought or sold any shares since at least 2009 which is as far back as I bothered to check.
It does however have sufficient funds to lend to OIL to prop it up if it chose to.
