Good luck going down that path, it ain't going to happen, for a whole host of reasons, including... they're the ones (Valentia) who want to buy stuff off EVM, for example, it would be like Harvey Norman suing you because you've repeatedly told them you're going to buy a washing machine and you've said to them you're about to send the money (ad nauseum) and you haven't. Will not happen, particularly given it's an overseas party. Only my opinion of course.

Any other possible rights anyone can think of?

in practice you'd be right- no suing would be successful here IMO especially over international jurisdictions

however, I wonder if a party knowingly misleads another party in business commitments there may a reasonable legal claim to recover losses as a result of being misled
But I'm not a lawyer so wouldn't know
