There is no date given by Valentia for the latest $US 10 Million remittance.

There is no commitment by EVM to do anything if nothing turns up. EVM may (or may not) do anything on the 2nd December.

The Valentia $US 10 million story so far:

24 November 2016 - $US 10 million remittance to start in a couple of days
3 October 2016 - $US 10 million by 23rd October
20 September 2016 – Yen 10 million now in week commencing 23rd September.
5 September 2016 - $US 10 million in week 5th September should have been Yen 10 million.
2 September 2016 – First $US 10 million in week commencing 5th September
12 August 2016 – Valentia pledged $US 2 million by 31st August, $US 8 million by 30th September
15 July 2016 – Transfer of $US 10 million waiting on final approval.
4 July 2016 – Last $US 5 million by July 18th.
30 June 2016 – Problems with bank accounts. $US 10 million by July 11.
14 June 2016 – Union Lead Development process completed. Immediate funds transfer.
8 June 2016 – Waiting on Union Lead Development signoff.
1 June 2016 – $US 15 million scheduled for coming week
11 May 2016 – Union Lead Development involved. Funds available after documentation completed.
2 May 2016 – Funds due in days
15 April 2016 – Stalled by international money transfer regulations. Funds now due 29th April
29 Feb 2016 – $US 3 million by 7th March 2016, $US12 million by 30th April. EastAsia Group a no go.
23 December 2015 – $US 15 million by 21st March 2016. $US200 million by 30th June 2016.
21 December 2015 – now partnering with EastAsia Group. Extra $US 200 million for Arizona tower.
16 November 2015 – waiting on cross border documentation.
4 November 2015 – will now take place on or before Monday November 16th.
30 September 2015 - funding closure to 31 October, 2015 due to continuing global market turbulence.
3 September 2015 - Enviromission has executed a Heads of Agreement with Valentia Co. Ltd ... US $10,000,000 to be banked on or before September 30, 2015
