    With so few shares trading, you risk having your shares compulsory acquired..
    If they agree to 1c how could you stop it?
    I don't think anything fishy is going on, its just that running a mobile network is expensive, and the sins of management past
    A few years ago VHA was a complete basket case. Billions have been spent to hopefully make it functional again.
