I do like this part and I thought it was well worth bringing it back up.

Totally misleading comments, let alone some fearmongering thrown into the equation too.

He said that these people (OptionCo), are just a small group of shareholders that want to be put in charge of the company, but what he intentionally fails to say, is that some of them have had, or still have some Board positions and probably better than him too.

I think that someone's pants are getting too hot for comfort now.
