Haven't we just been told by the Chair and the Messiah (The rest of the board are just sitting quietly and say nothing while continuing to get paid), that we are now on a straight course to fortunes and riches, hence why they want us to keep them in there.
There never had a plna "B" in place before the SoA and it was all doom and gloom, but now they have all of sudden and out of the blue found that they have a plan "B" in place and that it will be all roses, gladiolus, and tulips from now on, let alone all the good money that we will make as a result.

Only for misguiding us and spending millions of dollars while doing it before, it is well worth sacking them all and let them go looking for greener pastures somewhere else........................If they will ever find another one that is.
