Ravi, that's not quite right - it would have removed the shareholders, but from a management POV would have "saved" the company. RC has said before that CTP might be better off in private hands.

In terms of the S249D, however, there has been far too much silence from OptionCo, IMO. They have done almost nothing to indicate what they would do differently that would improve on the current board.

I completely understand why people are frustrated with the current board, but I don't feel safe in handing the company over to OptionCo given the lack of detail from them so far.

My opinion. Everyone is entitled to their own.
