I think they probably do already. We've seen the stock rally from around $1.40/45 to $1.70 without a pullback, and with higher volumes. This is indicative of a large institutional buy order. Once its complete, we'll probably see a decline in the stock price to around the $1.50/55 region.
That would make a good point to accumulate further on the basis there is no game changing news from the company.
