The non-exec directors arent getting paid that much which is good but why is it that they dont have many shares?? If they truly believe and have the drive to make it succeed, dont you think the chairman should have at least more than 6m consider MLS has 1.6-1.7b shares? The same could be said about the other 2 non exec directors there.

Plus the share price is so low, some buying on markets would truly make people think they are putting their own money on the company instead of some options given?
