I agree 100 % with your conclusions. When I attended one of their AGMs at the old premises a couple of years ago the venue and attendance numbers were the same. As I told the MD, I like the coy for a number of reasons; no goodwill/intangibles on the balance sheet, they expense their costs of relocation etc and they boringly get on with the job. A real Buffet sort of coy.
