Low employment people get retrenched they look for something to fill the void in thie life which may be kids for highly paid middle managers who gave up their prime child producing years 25-40.
They are cashed up and will spend.....
In the pursuit of happiness? Is it cash or is it a family maybe both but always one at a time.
This could be the bottom or it may not find one until a recession occurs i.e. 2008-2009 GFC and years after.
I would say it maybe a few years away until growth returns in the market. Ppl will defer kids in a booming employment market and wages are just picking up.
But thats my point of view.
$1 could be on the cards.
