Indeed. As I was typing, literally.
A business that generates 18% ROE (50% Return on Tangible Assets) which is being offered for sale at 12.5x P/E and 8.8x EV/EBITDA.
You don't get that happening too often (unless, of course, something is fundamentally broken in the business...)
Sure, at 2.1x Net-Debt to EBITDA, it's got a bit of debt, but that's eminently manageable given the strong free cash flow generation.
Like I say, unless its fundamentally broken...
