While im aware this isn't a mining project as such, I would imagine the KPMG report is in direct relation to the below - net triple bottom line benefit.
Wonder if they will place this document on display on the website?
Given the closure of the mine / northern power station it could only be more support for the project

To achieve sustainability of the mining industry, mining proposals must demonstrate an overall lasting worth to the community (i.e. a net triple bottom line benefit), and involve extensive consultation with stakeholders in the project development process. The net benefit is assessed by balancing the tangible benefits and the lasting worth to the community of the proposal (i.e. positive economic, environmental and social effects) against the detriments of the proposal (i.e. negative environmental, economic and social effects, safety and health issues, effects on final land use).
