It could have been the AGM from last year, or the year before, or before that.
Ths only bit of excitment for this company, the last 2 months with AB, they tried their best to trash, but at the same time take credit for themselves. That was weird.
Still destitute, still not making veneer, still paying themselves with options for this failure and mess.
No apology to shareholders for taking so long, for not being able to hold a world class CEO, or for wasting $20m (compate with the $100k they had to raise last year just to stay afloat and which they presented as if they had found the holy grail). IMO the self absorbed lack of humility is the worst thing to witness.
It should only be a day or so, but the value of the company is ziltch if you look at their BS, and taking the project and the managemetn into account, and the share price should start to reflect it again.
