They didn’t say it, but, I can also confirm, CR for $1.8m at $0.24 and $600k oversub. Happy days for MTC shareholders! Congratulations to those that held on to their shares in the lead up to the AGM.

I knew the AGM was going to generate exciting results but no way did I think the result would be this good. A new management team, heaps of cash (with cash in bank and new CR, plus new investor maybe), Adina drilling results just around the corner and we retain the Cobalt ground.

The BoD and management team must have been working flat out in the last couple of weeks to make this play out the way it has. Sometimes all the ducks line up in a row but not without hard work along the way, a job well done by the MTC team. I’ll admit, you’ve proven me to be wrong with some of my opinions on these threads.

Obviously more work to do, But, Fark me, what an outcome!
