Win-win in my eyes. The CR hopefully not too low will inevitably mean the SP will drop to that level anyway, meaning people can now pickup extra shares with double the value - MTC + ICobalt... Very happy days, glad that management listen to their shareholders
The SP moving forward now should be considerably higher than it would have been with the spinoff.. IMHO
