    Lanskey claims that no formal R&D claim was lodged for 2016 yet in the Company Update from 23 May, we are advised that the claim for FY2016 was rejected.

    How can a claim that wasn’t submitted be rejected?

    If it was clear to Lanskey that the R&D process had been misunderstood, why did he spend so much money on these grants? They are lucky the ATO didn’t hit them with a shortfall penalty given the incorrect items that were claimed.
