Very good point regarding obsolete businesses. A real reason the board don't deserve their salaries.The board failed by maintaining the dividend for so long as that's another example of short-termism - SP support rather than long-term strategy.
The $2b in buildings and property etc. should have been sold long ago. Perhaps Penn wasn't promoted soon enough!
Hopefully now with this liberated cash they can buy back 20% of the shares and run the business the way it should be.
