If this is really what CTPSA are currently doing it is concerning that this is their focus at this point in time.  What is there really to gain screwing around with CTP and the board when it is only weeks away to see if the current company plans will pan out.  It would be better for such a large block to not be interfering at the moment as it makes the current shareprice unstable.

Anyone who is involved with CTPSA should be discussing this current strategy in depth with Robin Judd and expressing their concerns on how it may affect the current company plans.
