My understanding is there was more than Troy Harry unhappy with the leadership of the the company. I believe Ryan and Moore resigned because they were doomed if the resolutions to reappoint them were put to the meeting. Looks better on your CV if you resign before being dumped, something John Heugh is probably regretting? Also, I believe the Remuneration Report failed to get up producing a strike. 

I don't think we've seen the end of this either. 

Leon Davaney seems like he is doing a good job and I hope this board instability is short lived for the sake of the share price.
