Thanks for the information storm, they are still on the way to change nothing binding yet.

The 'paid per brick' idea they talked about last year, think that was Wienerberger's suggestion who knows it all no black and white yet.

But can't say if FBR go manufacture themselves is a bad idea, things is they need lots of funds, more technician to develop this tech quicker and broader, plus high end legal team to fight the copy cats, market channels.

Time is the king, the DST system (if it could truly be used outdoor), need to make money out of it ASAP and broadly developed. Even FBR team now says no no no, lots of money buy buy buy them out maybe is the only way and better idea for CAT, haha, CAT options still on the plate, they have to exercise them if in that case plus more on market takeover offer if FBR team really resist, unless this tech not working or they don't want this tech at all.

So all depends on if HX could be used outdoor and in more hush condition. (from current video, can't imagine the toy robot could run on an uneven or bit sandy/rocky surface and give accurate 3D dimension. )

Back to the bottom line this is still HX technical thing, can it work in real life/survive in outdoor real condition? still not de-risk yet.
