Worthwhile comparing this Chairman's address with Sonic Healthcare's AGM address. Sonic talks about the primacy of their Medical management model and how it has been a key to their long term success. MVF talks about a "new nurse model of care". Whilst this business is undoubtedly cheap I am still concerned that the cultural issues are unresolved. I also note that less than 2% of votes at the AGM were cast against re-election of Directors who have overseen what could only be described as a shambles. I'll continue to watch with interest from the sidelines....
