Spot on Hardrush - pathetic display by BOD. The contempt they have shown to S/H’s through their lack of disclosure and misleading reporting is unacceptable. What’s even worse is that the regulator is asleep at the wheel with businesses like these. I understand some of the S/H’s may have sent them background corro of our grievances but I hold little to no hope there. At this point it will take something short of miracle to resurface this heap. Maybe this is what the director said want and they quietly do side deals through related parties with the remaining carcass and extract further blood from what’s left over.
I was also very surprised that our voting nominations went directly to their head office if I’m not mistaken. Highly irregular for a public company. How were these recorded, vetted and audited to ensure independence -!no receipt or acknowledgement was given as to our paper based elections. Very fishy.
