I DID say 2019 will be the year that we see this fly or continue to flounder living off refunds and 1 or 2 mil
Their anns paint a negative picture BUT if "somehow" they get picked up after exposing themselves to these other govt ect contacts then... lets see otherwise YES world beater NO but good rev later perhaps...
Give them 2019 as up till now, a lot of their time was in testing. building stage SO give them a little time to shine or fail..
My prognosis is 50% best that they will go forward increasing rev
