Not a terrible AGM but lets face it; The past 12 months has been pretty dismal. Stuff all news and a rehash of a March ANN is the best they had to prop themselves up..
IMO the talk of JV and being approached is merely a marketing/SP jacking ploy.
Little CTM wants the world to know someone else sees potential in Salobo, and they want in. It proves (?) justification for the ground, enhances probability (?) and made the boys on the compendium asking to be retained look capable for another 12 months... I say their time to put up is drawing to a close.
If they JV the drill bit they need r00ting.. They should have enough experience in house to hit any kind of commercial deposit. If not - go find it, it'll be cheaper than a JV.
