GCN is listed on the ASX, though it is currently suspended.

Does anybody else find it odd that GCN's business is conducted through a company called Go Green Holdings?

Not only that, but Go Green Holdings's audits (if they exist) are not shown to GCN shareholders.

In fact I sometimes wonder whether Go Green Holdings even exists.

It's silly of me to wonder that, because Richard Li is an honorable man and is staking his reputation on the success of Go Green Holdings.

Nevertheless, does anybody know where Go Green Holdings is actually registered? I can't find it on ASIC's list of Australian companies.
