We could be in for a capital return soon. The high end cap raise valuation is $1.2B. At $1B our eta could go up close to 30c.
Further upside if Siteminder lists with $125M revenue forecast for 2020 and potential 20x revenue- see below- That could value the co at over $2B which would add another +$1 to the current NTA.
