Domain sees signs of improvement after housing's horrible year
"On the supply side, it continues to be challenging," he said. "We’re definitely seeing improvement on month-on-month volumes, vendors are definitely stepping back into the market."
Mr Pellegrino said demand in Sydney and Melbourne, Domain's largest markets, was increasing and the company hoped its focus on costs and driving premium product sales will help it when the market comes back.
