    I agree. I'm not too happy with all of these incentives for the Director's. it should only be paid when different thresholds of the SP has been achieved.

    Despite this however, I am still a firm believer in LCK and their ability to deliver. The fundamentals remain the same however it is just a waiting game. How long we have to wait is anyone's guess.
