imho that's a very reassuring spiel from the chairman. Focusing on customer engagement rather than dreaming up ways of fleecing the public. Recognizing the board was toxic and quickly replacing them with quality appointments from the banking sector,
I feel completely comfortably with my holdings at this point in time.
