    I don't like to, but I'm starting to agree with bob. It is all about sales, not tests & more tests, pilots & yes more pilots.
    Looking back at this years SP hike back in late June & July, the catalyst IMO for the increase was an announcement of first SALES from China.
    This was very exciting, but not for long.
