That was really funny on the call , you can not hear anything, but some guy named Richard took a call, did not have mute on, was speaking to someone who had questions, and then revealed that KPMG had finished the U.S. due diligence, but it could not be announced yet.

And then said that the real news was that they had signed up JD.com, but may not announce until January.

One of Richard's co-workers then told him he was on speaker..........wait to hear what the compliance officer says about that.

Now the call is on a wicked reverb loop. It just takes a decent microphone, maybe consult with a company that knows something about Networks and VOIP.

Hilarious that the company does not have anyone on this call to manage it. Light weight BS.
