Unless there's a massive worldwide oil & gas supply shortage, ICN will just sit there cost cutting until funds run out. With 8ml in the bank, surely they can look at aqcuiring something else instead of sitting stagnant on it's unwanted tenaments for another 5 years. Its time we get fresh leadership b/c it seems Ray is content doing nothing and still receive a decent salary for it.
