no 1. I wouldnt translate relocatable into temporary.
no 2. many single dwelling residence these days could have been built off site with only onsite plumbing and sparkie, they are as permanent as those built tranditionally.... same as thar 50 yrs ago, all houses were built with timber slab, brick walls and tile roof... which probably are better combination than concrete slab, foam and render, plus metal roof imo.
no 3. 32mil worth of specs is probably bit different from a car dealers requirement.
the key thing PARKD is selling is not temporary modulars, instead, they are selling OFFSITE modulars...
